Quintessentially Chablis. A bone-dry and mineral wine with refreshing citrus and crisp green fruits flavours.

“Les Lys” vineyard is within the” Vaillons” 1er cru appellation, but the older vines produce a more opulent, mineral and complex wine.

From Galicia, the traditional (and most widely drunk) accompaniment of shellfish  in Spain. This is a very clean, light and aromatic wine.
    
Gruner Veltliner, Kamptaler Ter., Brundmayer, 2007, Austria 750ml £27.95
Peppery and mineral yet fresh and easy drinking with pear and white fruit notes, Veltliner deserves a little more recognition than its perennial fashionable status.
